<i><b>Smoothie al mango</b></i>: Lo smoothie al <strong>mango</strong> è molto semplice, ma il suo profumo estivo saprà come conquistarvi. Frullate per <strong>1 minuto</strong>
500 gr di yogust bianco magro, 250 gr di <b>mango</b> sbucciato e tagliato a
pezzetti e a piacere un paio di cucchiaini di <b>zucchero di canna</b>.<br />
<i><b>Smoothie rinfrescante</b></i>: Frullate 1 <strong>limone</strong>, 2 <strong>pere</strong> (sostituibili con mele o banane), 2 <strong>pesche</strong> e una manciata di <strong>crescione</strong>.<br />
<i><b>Smoothie disintossicante</b></i>: Frullate 200 ml di <strong>latte di cocco</strong>, una manciata di <strong>rucola</strong> e un pizzico di <strong>pepe</strong> o <strong>noce moscata</strong>.<i><b> </b></i><br />

depurazione fisica, anche in base anche ai vostri gusti. </div>

punte. Riempi una pentola d’acqua e metti gli asparagi in un cestino per
la cottura al vapore. Cuoci gli asparagi per 6-7 minuti. Scolali e

2) Sciacqua i capperi per eliminare il sale, poi mettili ammollo in acqua fredda per 10 minuti. Elimina l’acqua e asciugali.<br />
